These policies are set in place as a courtesy to our Medical Spa professionals.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Rescheduling
Please reschedule appointments as soon as possible to ensure our professionals have the most updated schedules and make the best use of their time. If rescheduling becomes a consistent issue a $15.00 rescheduling fee will be discussed.
Failure To Show
Not showing up to your appointment will result in 25% of the original price of the service booked to be charged to the card on file. For services with pending totals a minimum $50.00 fee will be charged.
Tardiness
We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we may try to accommodate you.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated but not included in service price and are a matter of personal discretion on all services and treatments.
Cell Phones
Please turn off or lower ring tones while in our medical spa. We also ask that any long or loud phone calls be taken away from rooms or any other clients as we would like everyone to be as relaxed as possible.
